The Smart Grid Library is a collection of information resources and services that help our clients – organizations and people – identify and manage the impacts of Smart Grid innovations.   We provide insights and explanations through publications and consulting services.

Publications include the Smart Grid Dictionary, the Smart Grid Acronym List, white papers, and reference tools.

Consulting services range from educational seminars and webinars to applications of our innovative Consumer Enlightenment Model to manage successful rollouts of consumer technologies that are highly visible and disruptive – such as smart meters and Home energy Management Systems.

About the Founder

Christine Hertzog has 20+ years of experience as a Professional Explainer – explaining new technologies and solutions to organizations and people through books and presentations.  As a Consultant, she developed the Consumer Enlightenment Model to assist clients in successful rollouts of disruptive technologies to consumers that will revolutionize their relationships with electricity.  As a creator and director of partner ecosystems, she introduced new solutions to partners and educated them to successfully leverage new knowledge in their business operations.

She has a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado-Boulder, and her electrical engineering background positions her to explain technical concepts to business readers who want to understand new and existing electrical grid technologies but cannot invest the time to research technical websites to get that knowledge.
